Rukshan Mehta

Rukshan Mehta is a Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with training across the social welfare, health and mental health fields. She is also a PhD level nutritional epidemiologist. She has several years of experience in direct practice and research.

Rukshan provides counselling using narrative, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, eclectic and family systems focused modalities using an anti-oppressive (AOP), solutions-focused and strengths-based approach. She also provides case management support for complex health, mental health and psychosocial needs. Rukshan's practice focuses on modifiable factors including nutrition, sleep and exercise to support improved mental health. She uses a trauma informed approach for mental and physical health issues. and Amy are a good fit and to answer any questions you might have.
