Pamela helps Individuals through major life transitions, coping with conditions, perinatal care, and life after abuse. She brings a unique blend of compassion, clinical expertise, and therapeutic insight to every individual she works with.

Pamela can provide a treatment plan that involves either psychotherapy or health coaching. Perinatal Mental Health Services are also available, as Pamela has spent 6 years as a Pregnancy and Birth Educator. She specializes in women's wellness, and has helped many women move through circumstances and milestones that have greatly impacted their wellbeing.

It continues to be a fruitful journey as Pamela moves through her career in Wellness. She chose to step into individualized care as she saw the value in promoting better health and wellness. By educating and encouraging communities to understand their bodies and minds better, we can assert self-awareness, autonomy and motivation.
