Liia combines her experience as a registered massage therapist and registered acupuncturist with a background in violin performance. This gives her a personal understanding of the physical demands of repetitive movement and the importance of comfortable, functional movement in everyday life.

Her approach brings together Western massage techniques, including deep tissue and sports massage, with acupuncture, cupping, and Gua Sha. She tailors treatment to each person’s needs, comfort level, and wellness goals.

Liia’s areas of focus include neck and shoulder tension, repetitive strain injuries, shoulder mobility concerns, and back stiffness. Her care aims to ease muscular discomfort, support mobility, and encourage relaxation.
