Abigail Chow Bello is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare experience and advanced training in hormone health. She is dedicated to helping women and men optimize hormones, fertility, thyroid health, and healthy aging through personalized, evidence-informed care.

Her background includes Labour & Delivery, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OB/GYN care, primary care, and specialized hormone therapy practice, providing her with a unique understanding of hormonal health across the lifespan. Abigail offers hormone-focused care through both virtual and in-person consultations, with areas of focus including perimenopause and menopause, men's hormone health, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), thyroid optimization, and fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum hormone health.

Abigail completed advanced training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Worldlink Medical under the mentorship of Dr. Neal Rouzier, MD, and continues to pursue ongoing education in hormone optimization and preventive medicine.
