Emily Ostella

Emily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber, along with a Certificate in Organizational Behaviour. She has several years of experience as a Psychometrist, working closely with children, adolescents, and families through psychoeducational and psychological assessments. Emily is also trained in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).

She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and gain greater clarity around the challenges they may be facing. Emily believes that every person has a unique story and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the assessment process.

Outside of her professional role, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring new cafés, swimming, reading, and making the most of life's little adventures.
